Three main aims:
1、To achieve the economic integration of the Gulf countries under the comprehensive and effective structure.
2、Represent all the Gulf economic sectors, Arabic enterprises, local private sectors, Islamic enterprises and multinational enterprises, and also reflect their opinions and suggestions.
3、Enhance the roles of members and the FGCCC, as the representative of Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the gulf countries to support the management of related departments, and develop technology and information.
In order to achieve the goals, the FGCCC executive the following functions:
1、Look for the private sectors, and let them take part in the law, regulation, and decision making ,which is related to economic activities of gulf countries.
2、Representing the private sectors to play important roles in the minister meetings and technology meetings.
3、Coordinate with the secretary department of GCC directly, establish the special committees, and organize joint-activities, and stand for private sector’s willing in all the gulf economic joint-activities.
4、Organize gulf economic integrative activities through the cooperation with the general secretary of FGCCC.
5、Coordinate and consolidate economic policies of gulf countries to offer convenience to private sectors in gulf areas.
6、Support negotiations between the country members of GCC and the other economic organizations or groups.
7、Follow up and solve difficulties of the private sectors.
8、Support the free trade , investment flow of the countries in GCC, without limitations.
9、Promote establishment of economic cooperative projects in gulf areas ,and invite foreign investment institutions to invest in the country members of GCC.
10、Organize , participate local and international economic conferences and forums.
11、Transmit and promote investment opportunities for country members in GCC.
12、Popularize all sorts of projects to country members in GCC.
13、Urge private sectors to offer the gulf areas the priority and preference of employment ,and the employment opportunities.
14、Support education and training programs, and provide excellent graduates for gulf markets.
15、Provide information, data, and registers of members to Arabic and foreign investors.
16．Research viewpoints of the members on the related laws, regulations, decisions of the gulf markets.
17、Establish enterprise committees, offer them service in full range, and enhance their success of work.
18、Compile , publish , study, report the related publications to serve enterprises in gulf areas.
19、Mediate ,conciliate disputes of the trade between the most Gulf staffs and enterprises on the basis of the agreement between two sides, arbitrate them in the international business arbitration center of GCC.
20、Keep a good cooperative relationship with the local and international organizations, to enhance and deepen the economic ties between private sectors of gulf areas and the related organizations.
